It’s a place where women can come together, be vulnerable, address their trauma and begin their healing process. The Unspoken Side of Healing addresses the mind, body connection and how trauma affects you. We give you the tools and resources you need to identifying your trauma and triggers, and move towards a space of healing and peace.

When you book a 1:1 session, we’ll discuss what you’re going through and identify areas for improvement, I’ll provide resources for self-work, and help you navigate through your healing journey.

Hi, I’m Cynthia!

I am a Trauma Survivor.

I am here to help anyone who is struggling with trauma, and narcissistic abuse. Most of the time, victims feel like there is no way out and it is almost impossible to achieve self-love, but I am here to tell you that it’s possible! I’m here to help you achieve any personal goal you have.

Due to the amount of trauma and obstacles I’ve been through since I was a child, I am able to relate to and sympathize with different aspects of someone's life. I know the toxic traits we may have developed that we think are our personalities, but in reality, they are traits we developed in order to survive. I’ve been through a variety of situations that were not healthy and sustainable, and am proud to say today I can now identify and work through these situations.

Unlearning these toxic traits and habits are not easy. It takes time, self-awareness, reflection, and a lot of work. Trust me, I’ve but I’ve done the work. I’ve learned how to identify these unhealthy traits and the copy mechanisms to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Through our 1:1 sessions, I’ll help you rethink your thought process, identify unhealthy habits, find your inner strength, and heal from within.

My 1:1 mentorship sessions are meant to help you identify an unhealthy trait or habit from a previous toxic environment, understand why this trait or habit formed, use a variety of copy mechanisms to prevent this trait or habit from occurring, and kick start your journey to healing and self-love. During our sessions, I’ll become your safe space. I’ll be the friend you need when you’re having a rough day and your biggest supporter on the good days.
